• Vinification Method: After pre-fermentation, cryo-extraction vinification progresses with small extractions for 4-5 weeks. Aging from 6-18 months in new French barrels
• Characteristics: It has a bright deep purple color, a complex bouquet of spices with ripe blackberry, raisin, coffee and cocoa fruits
• Goes Well With: Goes well with grilled red meats, game and mature yellow cheeses
