• Origin: Kos Island
• Yield - Soil: 700kg /ha - sandy clay
• Vinification Method: After pre-fermentation, cryo-extraction vinification progresses with small extractions for 4-5 weeks. Aging from 6-18 months in new French barrels while after bottling it remains for 2-6 months in our cellar
• Characteristics: Deep purple color with a complexity of aromas of ripe fruits such as berries, plums and sour cherries, which are harmoniously framed by aromas of sweet spices, bitter chocolate and vanilla
• Goes Well With: Excellent with grilled red meats, game and mature yellow cheeses, vegetables, salads and seafood spaghetti
